Logistics
In order to not lose time on your reservation, please show up 60 mins prior to cruise time. Also expect to get back to downtown approx 45 mins after the cruise ends. Even though the lake is only 15 mins away, it takes extra time to check in, load up the bus and boat, and there can always be traffic to deal with. We want to make sure you get all your time on the boat!
There are many parking options on the block where you will be checking in. At the bottom of the block is a paid parking lot at the Pedal Tavern office. Or there is a paid lot right next to the check-in building, or across the street under the condo buildings, there is also garage parking available.
Most people will be taking advantage of our free shuttle service which picks up and drops off from our centralized downtown location. 1504 Demonbreun St, Nashville. They will get you to the boat without hassle. If you plan to meet at the boat and not our check-in office, please contact us directly. We will get you details on the boat loading location and process.
Any groups that are late, time lost will come out of their reservation. Any groups more than 15 mins late to the check-in location will also lose the ability to use our free shuttle service and will need to supply their own transportation to the Lake.
No refunds are given for no-shows. If you have any concerns prior to your reservation please contact us so we can try to resolve to avoid this.
